There should be a selection avaialbe to include sessions that already have a deposit date entered.  This will allow a batch change of deposit date for a deposit that was anticipated but never made.

I also suggest classes of vacation-patient, cancel no bill, cancel bill anyway(patient cancels too close to session time and has cancellation fee), therapist vacation, and any other recurring type ...
