Overview
Clearing your web browser cache is a simple yet effective way to improve your experience with using Therabill. Web browsers save data like cookies and images to speed up page loading, but over time, this can slow things down and cause outdated information to appear. Regularly clearing your cache helps prevent these issues and ensures that you’re seeing the most current information in Therabill.
We recommend clearing your cache at least once a week, or even daily if you’re encountering problems. Follow the instructions specific to your browser—Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Apple products—to clear your cache and keep your Therabill experience running smoothly.
