Password Security Update

We have updated password requirements to help keep your account more secure. This update does not affect your current password.

Password Requirements

• Must be between 8-128 characters
• Must contain at least one lowercase character
• Must contain at least one uppercase character
• Must contain at least one number

Special characters from this list (excluding spaces) are allowed but are not required.

When creating/updating a password, the following error will appear if the password does not meet the requirements.

Account Lockout

After 10 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked and you will be required to use the Forgot Your Password? link to regain access to your account. The following error will also appear.
