The WebPT Support team may ask you to take a screenshot of your browser's console to help us see the issue that you are experiencing. Providing these screenshots will help resolve the issue faster.
This example uses Google Chrome, but the process will be similar with any browser you may be using.
- On the Therabill page, where the issue is occurring, right-click anywhere on the page. A menu will appear.
- Select Inspect.
- In the new window that appears, navigate to the Console tab.
- From here, take a screenshot of what you see in the Console. To take a screenshot using a Windows computer, you can use the Snipping Tool program that comes preinstalled.
- Once you have the Snipping Tool open, click on New, and then drag the cursor around the area you want to capture.
- If you are using a Mac, press and hold the buttons Shift- Command(⌘)- 4 on your keyboard. The pointer will change to a cross-hair. Next, move the crosshair to where you want to start the screenshot, then drag to select the desired area. When you've selected the area you want, release your mouse or trackpad button. To cancel, press the Esc (Escape) key before you release the button. Once you have taken your screenshot, you will find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
- Attach the captured screenshot to your existing Support Case.
