The Note Signature code is what your providers use to digitally finalize/cosign their notes. When your Admin account was created, a code was generated at random for you. Additionally, when a therapist is added to your Provider List, a Note Signature is generated for them.
Provider Note Signature
To view/edit your provider Note Signature code:
- Log into your Provider Portal account.
- Navigate to Provider.
- Next to Signature Code, select View to see the code or Edit to change the code.
Admin Note Signature
To view/edit your provider Note Signature code:
- Log into the Admin account.
- Navigate to Admin > Member Info.
- Underneath Member (Billing Provider) Information, locate the Note Signature entry.
- Select View to see the code or Edit to change the code.
