The fee schedule / expected rates
If you are using the CPT Fee Schedule to calculate your charge or the Expected Rates Schedule to calculate your expected rates and you have entries those schedules that are dependent on the number of minutes, then Therabill will use the minutes that you enter here to calculate the charge/expected rate.
What if I leave the minutes blank?
You can leave the minutes blank. If leave the minutes blank, and you have a fee schedule or expected rates schedule that is dependent on the number of minutes, then Therabill will use the start and end time (which is required) of the session to calculate the number of minutes.
If you have a session that has multiple services, then we strongly recommend that you enter the number of minutes for each service code. If you do not, and you are using a fee schedule or expected rates schedule that is dependent on minutes, then Therabill will be using the start and end time of the session to calculate the minutes for each of the service codes. This could lead to incorrect calculations (charge amounts/expected amounts).
