Referral Reports

These reports pertain to referral sources, such as a Referring Physician/Provider or other referral sources.

In this report, you can choose what type of referral source to look at. The two referral types are Referring Physician and Referral Source. These referrals are entered on the client's chart, either under Referring Physician/Provider or Other Referral Source.

A summary is provided showing the number of clients (active and scheduled) seen during a time frame from each referral. In addition, you can see the total number of visits, services (procedures), and charges for the specified Date of Service range.

Note: The Total column under Clients/Patients is not affected by the Date of Service Range. The will always show you the total number of clients that were referred from the start of your account.
