You have duplicate diagnosis codes entered for the patient. You should only enter a diagnosis code one time.
How to Fix
The diagnosis codes are entered on the add / edit client form. For convenience, you can access the edit client form of the patient on the claim that was in error from the claim error page in Therabill by clicking the edit icon next to the client name under Claim Information on the error page. Or, you can manually go to the edit client form by clicking Clients in the top green navigation bar of Therabill, finding the client in your client list, and then clicking the edit icon associated with the client in your client list.
On the right of the edit client form, you will see where you enter the diagnosis codes. Make any necessary edits. IMPORTANT: Remember to click the Save button at the bottom of the edit client form.
How to Resubmit
You should resubmit from the claim error page. The claim error page can be accessed by clicking on the error from your dashboard under the section Electronic Submission Errors. At the top of the claim error page, click the Resubmit Electronically button.
