Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership appears to be saying that either the rendering provider or the billing provider that you have going out on this claim is not a recognized provider in their system. You should call the payer and determine how to get either the rendering provider NPI (Box 24J) and/or the billing provider NPI (Box 33A) enrolled as a TMHP provider.
Once you have the provider enrolled in their system, you can then go back to the EDI error page and click the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the error page to resend the claim.
