735 - This service/claim is included in the allowance for another service or claim.

One or more of the dates of service on your claim have an invalid CPT/Service code.  You can edit the CPT code from the edit session form in Therabill.  This is a common error during the beginning of the year when CPT codes often change.

If you are on the claim error page in Therabill, you can click the date(s) of service at the bottom right of the claim error page to open up the edit session forms for those date(s) of service.

After you edited the sessions with a valid CPT code you can click the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the claim error page.

• Value of sub-element SV101-02 is incorrect. Expected value is from external code list - HCPCS Code (130) when SV101-01='HC'. Segment SV1 is defined in the guideline at position 3700.
