Error: Value of element PER04 is incorrect. Expected value is Telephone Number (format is '10 digits') when PER03='TE'. Segment PER is defined in the guideline at position 0400.
Error Correction:
The billing provider phone number entered into Therabill is missing or invalid. To edit your phone number:
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar of Therabill.
- Click the Edit button at the top right of the member information.
- Make sure the phone number you have entered contains 10 digits.
- Save your changes.
If you are on the error page in Therabill, click the Edit icon next to the billing provider (not the rendering provider) to edit your phone number.
