Subscriber group or policy number (loop 2000B, SBR03) can only contain alphanumeric characters. Special characters are not allowed

Overview

If you receive this error, check the group or policy number entered on the patient’s insurance card in Therabill, as extra spaces are a common cause. You can correct the number directly from the edit insurance card form. 

Edit from the error page

1. Click the edit icon next to the insurance company name on the right-hand side of the error page.
2. The edit insurance card form will open up. Fix any errors you may see. Remember to save the client before you close the edit client form.
3. Navigate back to the Error Page and resubmit that claim electronically by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top.
