It looks like you submitted a claim with a 0.00 charge and this payer does not accept 0.00 charge service lines. You will want to edit the session in Therabill to include a charge amount that is greater than 0.00.
You can always edit the session from your schedule, however, if you are at the EDI Error page in Therabill, you can open the edit session form by clicking the date of service on the right hand side of the error page (in the section labeled Edit Claim Information). Once you have changed the charge amount, from the error page, you can resubmit by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the page.
