Per Payer - Patient Relationship To Insured Must Be Self, Patient should be listed as both Patient and Insured.

This payer requires that you indicate the relationship as 'self'.  In Therabill, this is done on the insurance card.  You can access the insurance card in Therabill from the edit client form.  If you are on the error page in Therabill, then you can access the edit client form by clicking the edit icon  next to the client name on the error page.  This will open up the edit client form.  On the right of the edit client form, you will see a list of the insurance cards that you have entered for this patient.  Click the edit icon corresponding to the insurance company returning this error message.

When the edit insurance card form opens up, at the top left, mark the option labeled Self in the section labeled (see image to the right, red arrow).  Now, click the Apply Edits button at the bottom of the edit insurance card form (see image to the right, blue arrow).  IMPORTANT:  Click the Save button at the bottom of the edit client form.

Now, at the top of the claim error page, click the Resubmit Electronically button to resubmit  your claim with the updated information.
