PROVIDER NOT IN ORTHONET NETWORK. PLEASE RESUBMIT CLAIMS TO CIGNA

It appears that you sent your claim to the wrong payer.  They are wanting you to send your claim to CIGNA (payer ID 62308).

How to fix

You will want to edit the clients insurance card in Therabill to change the insurance company associated with the card to CIGNA (payer ID 62308).

How to resubmit

Once you have edited the insurance company on the insurance card, you can click the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the EDI error page.  You will then see a list of insurance cards for the patient.  Click on the Cigna insurance card to resubmit it electronically to Cigna.
