Check the NPI
Log in to Therabill and click Providers in the top navigation bar to go to your Provider List. Find the provider in your provider list and click the edit icon . In the demographics section of the provider information, check the NPI that you have entered. If you make any changes, make sure to click the save button at the bottom. IMPORTANT: You will also want to check that you have not set up a different NPI for this provider for this specific insurance company. To check this, at the top of the provider form, click the Ins NPI tab. In the Ins NPI tab, if you see a different NPI listed for this specific insurance company, then you will want to verify that the NPI entered here is correct.
Check Legacy ID's
To check if you have any legacy ID's entered, log in to Therabill and click Providers in the top navigation bar to go to your Provider List. Find the provider in your provider list and click the edit icon . At the top of the provider form, click the Legacy IDs tab.
