Here, they are specifically saying that the Date of Birth (DOB) for the Member (the subscriber) on the claim does not match the Date of Birth that they have in their system.
Many payers are moving towards verification of the date of birth that you send on the claim. If you are not already doing so, you should make it a practice to get the insured's (subscribers) date of birth on intake and enter it on the insurance card in Therabill. This will help alleviate these rejections.
How to Fix
You will want to edit the insurance card in Therabill to add the correct date of birth. IMPORTANT: If the patient and the subscriber are the same (you have relation set to self on the insurance card) then make sure to update the client/patient date of birth as well.
Resubmitting the claim
Once you have made any required edits, from the error page, you can then click the Resubmit Electronically button at the top to send the claim out with the new information.
