Error Reason:
One or more of the dates of service on your claim has an invalid CPT/Service code, this is a common error during the beginning of the year when CPT codes often change.
How to Fix in Therabill:
If you are on the claim error page in Therabill, select the date(s) of service at the bottom right of the claim error page to open up the edit session forms for those date(s) of service.
After you edited the sessions with a valid CPT code you must send the claim to the insurance invoicing area and resubmit from there. You can ignore the error on the dashboard to Resubmit Electronically.
