In this rejection, the payer is referencing the address that you have entered for the insured (the subscriber). You will want to make sure that you have entered an address and that the address you have entered is valid.
How to Fix
This is the address you have entered on the insurance card in Therabill. Go to the edit client form for this client. In the Insurance cards section, click the edit icon associated with this insurance card. On the edit insurance card form, enter the insured's address. Make sure everything you have entered is valid (a wrong Zip code can trigger an invalid city rejection). Save your changes.
