The payer is indicating that they are not the correct payer to bill to. This rejection is usually from Blue Cross or Blue Shield (when the state has separate payers, e.g. it is not Blue Cross Blue Shield (one company)).
You will want to change the insurance card for the patient in Therabill to point to the correct insurance company and then resubmit the claim.
