Unfortunately, uninformative rejections messages come back like this from time to time. It may be necessary to call the payer to find out why your claim is being rejected.
IMPORTANT: Remember, when calling the payer, let them know you submitted the claim electronically and that it was EDI rejected. Usually, the first person you talk to is in their adjudication department and they will not have a record of receiving your claim if it was rejected by their EDI department.
