This is not a rejection message, it is informational. The clearinghouse Availity is just sending you a notice that they have not received any status notifications on your claim. If you have not heard back from the payer about this claim, you may want to call them to check on the status of the claim.

You can resubmit directly from the EDI rejection page in Therabill by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top.
I have been paid for this claim - all is good.
At the top of the EDI rejection page in Therabill, click Ignore Error to resolve this EDI rejection.
