The payer is rejecting based on either the date of birth and/or gender that you supplied on the claim for the member not matching what they have on file. You will want to check both the patient/client demographics as well as the information on the insurance card that you have entered in to Therabill and make sure both the date of birth and the gender match what the insurance company has on file.
Once you have updated the information in Therabill, you can then resubmit the claim from the EDI rejection page in Therabill by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top.
