The payer is rejecting this claim based on the patients name that you are sending on the claim. They are saying that it does not match what they have on file as the patients name in their system, or the patient name that you supplied is not on file in their system as eligible.
Check to make sure you have the client/patient name entered in Therabill the same way that it is on file with the payer.
Once you have corrected this, you can resubmit this claim from the EDI rejection page in Therabill by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the page.
