564 - EPSDT Indicator

The CRC segment that they are referring to is the EPSDT Referral segment on the EDI claim.  This payer is rejecting because they do not accept the value that you entered.  Hint:  Try using 'Y' for 'YES'.

How to fix this in Therabill

Open up the edit session form for the session(s) that were on this claim.  In the EPSDT box, make sure you have a valid value that this payer accepts.  Remember to save the session.  You can then resubmit this claim directly from the EDI rejection page in Therabill by clicking the Resubmit Electronically button at the top of the page.
