Entering Multiple Sessions

Is there a way to enter several sessions at one time for a patient?

If you are referring to entering recurring sessions (e.g. every Monday for the next year), you can accomplish this by clicking the "No recurrence entered" link under "Current Recurrence" on the Add Session form. There you can set up a recurrence pattern (daily, weekly, monthly) until an end date defined by you. Once you entered a recurrence, the link under "Current Recurrence" will show the recurrence pattern and end date. You can click on the link if you need to edit the recurrence pattern.

If you are referring to having Therabill not clear the client name when you finish entering a session, you can accomplish this by clicking Admin in the top navigation bar, then clicking Defaults in the sub-navigation bar, and then clicking the Schedule button within the Defaults page. At the bottom of this page, you will be given an option to check which fields on the Add Session form that you do not want to reset after you enter a session. In this case you will check "Client". By checking "Client", the client field will not be set to blank when you click the Add Session form. This will allow you to enter another session for that client without having to reenter their name.
