I set up a color scheme on my calendar, but my other users/providers do not see it

Therabill allows you to create color codes for your providers on your calendar and when  you are in day view, week view, or availability view, you can color code your Therabill calendar by other parameters.  For any color scheme, you can define your colors.  For example, with the provider, you can set the specific colors for each of your providers. 

Why is my color scheme not available from other log ins (for example, user accounts or provider portals)

These color schemes are log in specific.  That is, each of your office staff / providers can create their own color scheme.  Therefore, creating or changing your own color scheme does not change the color schemes for other people in your clinic.
