There are two items that you can enter in to your schedule. These two items are sessions and events.
A session is a therapy session or some other charge to a client / patient. A session includes parameters such as date of service, time in / time out, client / patient, rendering provider, service codes, place of service code etc...
A event is a non charge entry in to your schedule. An event is simply a date and time entry in to your schedule with a title and description. The event can belong to multiple providers (it can be in multiple providers schedules at the same time). An event is not a charge to a patient. An event cannot be changed into a session. An example of an event might be an office staff meeting or an office party.
