Overview
Although Therabill has a dynamic drag-and-drop scheduling system, sometimes, you just want to quickly view your schedule as a list. The Quick View (also known as List View) is a view of your scheduled sessions that is available from any screen, no need to navigate away from the current screen you are working on.
How to Open the Schedule Quick View
Open Quick View from the top navigation bar
The quick view schedule can be opened from multiple places, however, most commonly it can be opened from anywhere using the top navigation bar.
In the top navigation bar, go to Schedule, then click on Quick View.
Open Quick View from your Dashboard
You can open up the Quick View schedule from your dashboard. On the left of your dashboard, directly above the calendar, click Quick View.
Open Quick View from your Schedule
On the Calendar view, click the List View icon at the top right of your calendar page
The Quick View / List View Screen
The Session List
On the right-hand side of the screen, a list of scheduled sessions will be shown for the current day you are viewing. For each session or event, it will show the start time and scheduled end time of the session with the patient's full name, the provider's last name, the session class (if the session is assigned to a session class), and the service code (if multiple service codes are assigned to the session then it will be listed as MULTI).
In addition, various action icons are available for each session allowing you to confirm the session, add the session to a bucket, enter an alarm on the session, enter payment on the session, enter a simple note on the session, edit the session, or delete the session (for information on how to cancel sessions using session classes, please see: Cancel Session in Therabill).
Each session or event in the list will also be color-coded by a colored bar on the left as well as a colored border. This color code corresponds to the current coloring scheme you are using (see color coding below).
Changing days in Quick View
The quick view screen shows you a list of scheduled sessions on a given day. You can change the date you are viewing by clicking on a date within the calendar at the top left of the screen or by using the left or right arrows in the date header bar directly above the list of sessions.
Searching Sessions
Filter the list of sessions on the current day by client name and/or provider name. This will narrow down the sessions being shown on the current day you are viewing to only show sessions corresponding to your client and/or provider search terms. For more advanced searching of your sessions, do not use Quick View, instead, use the Search Sessions page.
You can also choose to show or hide canceled sessions using the checkbox to the right of the filters form.
Color Coding
On the left-hand side of the screen, select a coloring option from the Color By drop-down. The available coloring options correspond to the coloring options available to you in the day view, week view, and availability view of your calendar. If you already set up a coloring scheme in your calendar, the quick view screen will use that same coloring scheme.
Once you have chosen a scheme, a list of options will be shown beneath the color by drop-down based on what you have selected. For example, if you are coloring by provider, then it will show a list of your providers. Each item in the list will have a colored box associated with it. The color of the box corresponds to the color of the item in the schedule list. You can change the color for one of the items in the list by clicking on the colored box.
Color schemes are log in specific: If you have multiple people logging into your account using user accounts or provider portals, changing the color scheme here will not change the color scheme when they log in. Each log in can create their own color scheme to meet their needs.
