To view your invoices and current Balance Due:

Previous Invoices
This page shows a list of your previous invoices. You can open up the invoice by clicking the PDF icon associated with the invoice. The information displayed for each invoice is as follows.
- Invoice Due: This is the invoice Due Date. Your payment is due on or before this date. If you have signed up for recurring payments, it is the date that the payment will be taken using the credit/debit card listed on file.
- Amount: When the invoice was created, this is the amount that is due.
This page also gives you a running list of charges, payments, and adjustments that occurred around each of the invoices. The information displayed for each line item is as follows.
- Type: This is the type of entry on that line. The values that can be in that column are as follows:
- CHG: The charge for your Therabill service.
- ADJ: The charge for any adjustments made to your service, such as faxing documents.
- PMT: Payments received that are applied to your balance due.
- Date: This is the date the line entry was created.
- Description: This is a short description of what that line item represents.
- Add: Amounts listed here will increase the amount that is due. This includes your service charges or any adjustments for additional features (i.e. faxing).
- Deduct: Amounts listed here will decrease the amount that is due. This includes any payments that you have made.
- Run Bal: This column shows your running balance after each line entry.
What is my Current Balance?
The amount due listed on your invoice is not necessarily your current balance. If any adjustments or payments were posted after the invoice was generated, new line entries will be added. Your actual current balance due will be the amount listed in the Run Bal column on the most recent line item.
Note: If you have set up recurring payments, the current balance due will be charged on the Due Date.
