There are three different options for paying your monthly invoice:
- Recurring Payment
- One-Time Payment
- Payment by Check (see below)
Payment by Check
If you would rather not pay by credit card, you can send payment by check through the postal service.

When paying by check, it is a good idea to mail the payment at least 6 days prior to the Due Date on the invoice. Your monthly invoice is e-mailed to you 14 days prior to the Due Date of the invoice.
Late Payment
If payment is not received on the Due Date of the invoice, you may lose access to your Therabill account until payment has been made.
If payment is not received payment after 5 days from the Due Date, a late payment penalty of $10.00 will be charged to your Therabill account.
If payment is not received for 2 months, your Therabill account will be considered abandoned and will be set for deletion. Restoration of your account after this will result in a $30.00 account restoration fee. To restore your account, you will need to pay the full balance due on your account plus the $30.00 account restoration fee.
After 3 months, your account and all Protected Health Information (PHI) within it will be permanently erased from our servers. At this point, your account cannot be restored and if you would like to continue using Therabill, you would need to create another Therabill account. If you were previously grandfathered into a pricing model, you will have lost that grandfathered status and your new account will be held to current pricing models.
