How to Receive Faxes

Note: WebPT/Therabill cannot assist in setting up or troubleshooting your "Fax to Email" service.

Although you can send faxes using the application, there is not a fax number that you can use to receive faxes. If you would like to receive faxes, you are able to sign up with a "Fax to Email" service.

These services will assign you a fax number that you can then provide to others. When someone sends you a fax, the service turns the fax into a PDF document and emails it to an address that you supply.

When the system received the email, it will extract the attachment and post it to your account. All received documents can be found by navigating to Filing > Attachments.
