On Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, Change Healthcare experienced a significant cybersecurity incident. Our clearinghouse, Availity, is updating connections for several payers to ensure that electronic transactions can resume as quickly as possible.

We have provided a list of payers that are currently ready to transmit EDI. If your payer requires EDI enrollment, you will need to complete a new enrollment form to begin submitting claims. Please contact Therabill Support for the updated EDI enrollment forms.
