Overview
We've simplified the process for sending a session back to the insurance invoice area. Previously, you would have been required to enter a $0.00 payment to move a session back to the Insurance Invoicing area. Now, you can accomplish this with a click of a button. This can be useful if you billed the wrong insurance or you need to file a corrected claim.
Send To Insurance Invoice
- Edit the session using your preferred method.
- Under the Session History section, select Send back to Insurance Invoice area.
- On the new pop-up window, select Yes to confirm.
When can I use this button?
- At least one service line has been billed to insurance
- At least one service line is closed and has a remaining balance
When is this button not available?
- Session is canceled
- Session has a balance of $0.00
- Session has a Class defined as "Insurance Not Billable"
