Your WebPT EMR and Therabill accounts can now be linked to create a seamless login experience through Single Sign-On (SSO). Each user must have a WebPT and Therabill login in order to use SSO.
Important: Only one Therabill account can be connected your WebPT EMR account. If your clinic has multiple Therabill accounts, the non-SSO accounts will still have to be accessed through Therabill's login page.
Connect Accounts
- Log into the WebPT EMR.
- At the top of the page, select the Billing button.
- Enter your WebPT credentials and select Proceed to Therabill to authorize the connection.
- Enter your Therabill credentials and select Pair accounts.
- Once complete, you will receive a notification.
Set Default
Once your logins have been integrated, you will need to set your application preference.
- Log into the WebPT EMR.
- At the top-right of the application, click on your name and select My Profile.
- Under Single Sign-On (SSO) Options, use the radio button to indicate which application you want to be logged into by default.
- Click Save User.
Toggle Between Applications
While accessing WebPT, you can switch to the Therabill application by selecting the button at the top of the screen.
While accessing Therabill, you can switch to the WebPT EMR by selecting the new button in the navigation bar.
Unlink Accounts
If you ever want to reset your SSO to connect a different account, or you don't want to use SSO anymore:
- Log into the WebPT EMR.
- At the top-right of the application, click on your name and select My Profile.
- Under Single Sign-On (SSO) Options, click Reset Single Sign-On.
FAQ
How do I reset my password?
You can use the reset password link on the WebPT EMR login page. Alternatively, a user manager can reset your password for you.
Why is Therabill timing out?
Once your account is connected to a WebPT EMR username, it will follow WebPT's timeout policy. You will be automatically logged out of the application after 1 hour of inactivity.
