What is it?
Box 27 is used to indicate that the provider agrees to accept assignment under the terms of the payer’s program.
In Application:
To manually change this information:
- Navigate to Clients > Client List.
- Edit the desired client using the
icon. - Edit the corresponding insurance card using the icon.
- Under Advanced Information, select one of the radio buttons for Accept Assignment.
- Click Apply Edits.
