Sometimes, when you are scheduling, you may need to quickly add a session for a new client.
The Quick Add Client feature allows you to add a new client directly from the Entering New Session form (Add to Schedule). All that is required to add the client is a first name, last name, and date of birth.
How it works
The Quick Add Client feature works directly from the Client box on the Entering New Session form.
Type in the client's first and last name. Once you enter their full name, click the tab button on your keyboard, or click anywhere on the screen. The Quick Add Client dialog box will appear.
In this example, we entered Davy Smith as the client name. On the Quick Add Client dialog box, ensure the first and last name is correct, then enter the Birthdate.
Click Save Client to continue adding the session.
Note: When using the Quick Client Add feature, you will need to add additional information (i.e. address, diagnosis, insurance information) at a later point using the Edit Client Form.
