Initially Bill To not showing on edit session form

    We have found recently that if a session is cancelled by changing the Session Class, then later the session is 'resurrected' to a kept status, the 'initially bill to' is not also resurrected to bill the insurance (when that's how it was to begin with). Since one cannot change the Initially Bill To field when in edit mode, and I don't really want all my providers having to know how to enter a payment to change the status (that's what they pay me for), what are the options? We need a tickler or report or something that will alert us to sessions whose statuses were previously bill to insurance but are now being billed to the client...
