Delete a Note Template

This article refers to the custom documentation feature in Therabill (not Simple Notes).

If you created a note template for your custom documentation and you want to delete the note template in its entirety (making it no longer available to your therapists within the Documentation tab of the edit session form) then follow these instructions.

Deleting a Note Template

The deletion of a note template is done through the Edit Note Template form.  To get to the edit note template form, click Schedule in the top navigation bar of Therabill.  At the top right of the calendar, click the link labeled Manage Note Templates.  You will now be at the edit note template form (see image below).

At the top left of the edit note template form, underneath the drop down menu where  you choose a template to edit, you will see a link labeled Edit Names or Remove Templates (see image above, red arrow).  Click the link.  You will now see a form as shown in the image to the right.  This form will list all of your note templates.  Each note template will have a delete icon associated with it (see image to the right, red arrow).  Click the delete icon associated with a note template to delete that note template.

Warning

Deleting a note template is permanent.  When  you delete a note template, that note template will no longer be available for the therapist within the Documentation tab of the edit session form (they will no longer be able to use that note template to enter notes).
