Remove date header when printing Simple Note

Whenever you print a Simple Note to PDF, Therabill automatically puts a date header on the printed note.  If you do not want this date header automatically printed on your Simple Notes, here is what you can do to stop Therabill from putting the date header on your Simple Notes.

• Put you mouse over Admin in the top navigation bar of Therabill.
• In the drop down menu, put your mouse over Defaults & Settings.
• In the side menu that opens, click on Documentation.

NOTE: If you clicked on Defaults & Settings in step 2 above, that is okay.  You will now be at the Billing Defaults & Settings page and you can just click the Documentation link of the Defaults Menu at the left side of the defaults and settings page.

You are now at the Documentation Defaults & Settings page.  On this page, you will find a section labeled Simple Note Default Settings.   Within this section, you will see a checkbox labeled "Do not print date header when printing Simple Notes.  Check the checkbox next to this option. IMPORTANT: Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
