There really isn't a default note template. When you go to the documentation tab on the edit session form, Therabill simply displays the first note template in the drop down list of note templates that you have created. The templates in the list are (by default) in alphabetic order. Therefore, it may seem that there is a default note template, but it is really just displaying the first in alphabetic order. Therefore, changing the 'default note template' is really a matter of changing the order of the note templates in the drop down list.
How do I order the note templates then?
This is done through the Manage Note Templates. This can only be done through an administrative account. You can not do this from a provider portal.
- Click Schedule in the top green navigation bar.
- Go to Month View in your calendar.
- At the top of the Month View calendar, click on Manage Note Templates link at the top of the month view calendar.
The Note Template Designer will now open up. At the top left (underneath the drop down menu labeled "Note Templates") click the link labeled Edit Names or Remove Templates.
You will now see a list of your note templates. They are listed in order. Simply drag and drop them to the order that you would like. If you want to mimic a "default note", then drag and drop the note that you want to be default to the top of the list.
