Reorder Custom Database Items

This article assumes you know what custom databases in Therabill are and how to create them.  If you are not familiar with custom databases, please see Creating Custom Databases in Therabill. Here, we will specifically show you how to change the order of the items in your database.

Changing the order of custom database items

 When you add an item to your custom database,  Therabill will, by default, order it by the title that you entered.  Once you add the item, you will then see it in the databases item list (see image at bottom of page).  The order that they are shown in the custom database item list, is the order that they will be shown when choosing these items from documentation fields.  Changing the order of the items is as simple as dragging and dropping the items to the order that you want them.  Using the image at the bottom of this page, if I wanted Example 2 to be the first item in the list, then I would put my mouse over Example 2 and click (hold the click down) and then move the mouse up (dragging) the Example 2 to the position above Example 1.
