Let's review how to change passwords within the application. There are 3 different types of logins: Admin, User, and Provider. Each login has a unique method for changing the password.

Password Requirements

• Must contain at least 8 characters
• Must contain at least one lowercase letter
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter
• Must contain at least one number

Admin/Main Account

1. Navigate to Admin > Member Info.
2. Under Member (Billing Provider) Information, click the Change Password link. 
3. Enter your new password information and select Save Password. 
4. Once your password is changed, you will be logged out of the system. Login with your new password.

User Account

When logged into the Admin/Main account:

1. Navigate to Admin > User Accounts.
2. Select the icon for the corresponding user.
3. Under Log in information, select the Reset Password link. 
4. Enter the new password and select Reset Password.
5. Click Save Changes.

Note: Users are not notified when their password has been changed. Be sure to provide them with the new password.

When logged into the User Account:

1. Navigate to Admin > User Accounts.
2. Select the icon for the corresponding user.
3. Enter the new password. You can also update the email address. 
4. Click Save.
5. Use your new password the next time you log in. 

Provider Account (Standalone)

When logged into the Admin/Main account:

1. Navigate to Providers > Provider List.
2. Select the icon for the corresponding provider.
3. Click on the Login tab.
4. Select the Reset Password link. 
5. Enter the new password and select Reset Password. 

Note: Providers are not notified when their password has been changed. Be sure to provide them with the new password.

When logged into the Provider account:

1. Navigate to Provider.
2. Under Provider, click the Change Password link.                
3. Enter the new password information and select Save Password.
4. Use your new password the next time you log into your account.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Your Password? link on the application login screen. You will be asked to enter the email address that is associated with your username. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
